• 1. Phemex Welcome Bonus can come in different forms including trial funds, trading bonuses and cashback vouchers. The actual type of benefit received depends on specific user actions. Moving forward, we will continue to add new types of benefits into the Welcome Bonus program.
• 2. The voucher rewards received from completing the actions above can currently only be used to obtain cash back rebates for spot and contract trading fees. The corresponding trading fees will be refunded as USDT to your spot account within 2 hours following the transaction.
• 3. For details and instructions on using cashback vouchers, please visit our Help Center.
• 4. Advance deposit bonus is only accessible when you make an on-chain crypto deposit or buy crypto via Phemex using fiat. Internal transfers within the platform do not count. The bonus will be distributed to your contract account within 14 working days after registration. Be sure to keep the newly deposited funds in your contract account until the trading bonus is distributed. Not applicable for API trading users.
• 5. Bonuses can be used to open positions, pay fees, or cover losses. They can be used to cover up to 50% of fees and losses before a user's own funds must be used. They cannot be directly withdrawn or transferred between trading accounts.
• 6. Attempting to directly withdraw bonuses from your trading account will cause all remaining bonuses to be removed.
• 7. All tasks besides the Learn & Earn Reward, Simulated Trading Trial Funds and Referral Bonus must be completed within 7 days after registration to qualify for rewards. Available rewards must also be claimed within 7 days, or else they become invalid.
• 8. The following actions will result in immediate disqualification：batch account registration, profits from market manipulation, self-dealing or wash trades. If we detect any cheating behavior, your account will be banned, and Phemex reserves the right to be the final determinant regarding this issue on our platform.

  No, all coins and trading pairs on the Phemex platform are eligible.

• 4. When and where can I see my rewards?

  

  ▪ For Sign Up Bonus, after completing registration, click the corresponding button to deposit funds, and then you can enjoy the exclusive Phemex Savings rate boost for newcomers.

• 5. Is there a validity period for Welcome Bonus rewards?

  Besides referral vouchers that expire in 30 days, all other vouchers are valid for 14 days after issuance. Bonuses have no validity period and won’t expire.

• 6. Does the Phemex APP give Sign Up Bonus?

  

  Of course! Phemex APP users can enjoy the same benefits as web users, but each task reward can only be received once across both web and APP.

• 7. Can I Withdraw the Bonus?

  

  Bonuses cannot be directly withdrawn or transferred between trading accounts. Attempting to directly withdraw bonuses from your trading account will cause all remaining bonuses to be removed.
